Thieves loot cash, gold and documents from a house at Kadamtala

Agartala, 22nd February 2024 :  A house in Kadamtala police station area was robbed by a group of thieves on Wednesday night. The thieves broke the lock on the grill of the house and entered while the owner, Nirmal Nath, was asleep. They smashed a cupboard and took away cash of Rs 9,000, two gold chains and several important documents.

Nirmal Nath, a resident of Ward No. 2 of South Kadamtala, said that he woke up late at night and found everything in the house in disarray. He realized that his house had been burgled and called the police. The police arrived at the scene that night and launched an investigation. The incident has created a stir in the locality.
