Agartala, March 21: Acting on a tip-off, the Dharmanagar police arrested three people who were loitering near the Durgapur railway gate.
During the search, 30 kilograms of dry cannabis was recovered from their procession. The three who have been arrested are Mustafa Ahmed of Dhanpur under Sonamura sub-division, Shipan Dey of Badharghat in Agartala and Hibdul Hossain of Murshidabad in West Bengal.
It should be noted that due to the election activities of 3-4 months, several drug dealers became active blowing dust in the eyes of the police, now they are being caught one by one in the police net.
