Agartala: August 08. Tripura Pradesh Trinamool Congress SC branch announced the state SC committee in a press conference at the party office in Agartala on Monday.
State SC Committee announcement program was attended by Tripura Pradesh Trinamool Congress SC Wing President Sanjay Kumar Das and other leaders.
Today Tripura Pradesh Trinamool Congress SC Branch President Sanjay Kumar Das while announcing the SC Committee said, “A total of 49 people have been included in Tripura Pradesh Trinamool Congress SC Wing, including 4 as Vice President, General Secretary 4, 7 secretaries, 16 as state committee members, 17 as district presidents in each district. In a few days we will call a full committee meeting. We are targeting next 15 -20 days to complete it our full fledged committee. Then we will announce some movement program on behalf of our SC wing.”
He also said, “We have SC corporation in this state, the state government has no concern about the privileges and rights of SC. There are many reservoirs in this state, there are many school hostels, for SC students. They are not talking about giving stipends. No one has been given any opportunity to come in this government. We will go for bigger agitations in the coming days and we will make them known.”
