Agartala, January 13, 2023: Slamming BJP-led government in Tripura, AITC spokesperson Kunal Ghosh on Monday claimed that the Trinamool Congress performance is better at present and people are responding well towards this political party.
Speaking to reporters here, Ghosh said “During the last municipal elections in Tripura, we saw that in just 3 months of effort, we got around 24-26 percent votes in various places. Then, due to BJP’s terror, that vote percentage went down. But the people there are from Bengal.”
“They want model development and they are tired of BJP’s terror and misrule. Irregularities in teacher recruitment, unemployed teachers are still on strike. Left BJP has no one to stand by them, Congress is a failure”, he added.
AITC spokesperson Ghosh said “People of Tripura are eager for a change in Trinamool Congress leadership and the process of political equation is high time. You will see. Trinamool Congress will do well in Tripura.”
