Agartala, 12th October 2023: Tragedy befell the vicinity of Trisha Bari railway station as a 30-year-old woman lost her life in a devastating incident on the railway tracks. The identity of the deceased is still unknown.
The grim incident occurred adjacent to the railway gate at Trisha Bari railway station, where at precisely 3:41 in the afternoon, a housewife met a tragic fate, crushed beneath the wheels of the Silchar-Agartala-bound train. The swift response of the Trisha Bari railway police played a crucial role in unraveling the truth behind the incident. They promptly arrived at the scene, conducting a meticulous investigation in their quest for answers. Despite their concerted efforts, the identity of the deceased woman continues to elude them. Subsequently, the dismembered remains were transported to the Teliamura Sub-Divisional Hospital. The body now rests in the hospital morgue, awaiting further proceedings.
