Agartala, 30th September 2026 : Tripura Gramin Bank (TGB) and the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC) held discussions on expanding their institutional partnership and identifying new areas of cooperation aimed at promoting development and financial inclusion.
The TTAADC team, headed by Chief Executive Member Runeil Debbarma, included Executive Member C.K. Jamatia, CEO Chaitanya Murti, IFS, Additional CEO Keshab Kar, TCS, and Deputy CEO Ratan Bhowmik.
TGB General Manager Venkatesh V. led the bank’s delegation, which included Senior Manager of the Marketing Division Jeet Bhattacharya, Senior Branch Manager of Khumulwng Branch Abhishek Ghosh, Marketing Officer Nishit Debbarma, Assistant Manager Munna Saha and other officials.
During the interaction, both sides discussed possible areas of joint engagement, including financial inclusion, entrepreneurship development, livelihood promotion and prospective development projects. The meeting also focused on strengthening institutional linkages and preparing a roadmap for future collaboration.
TGB highlighted the longstanding relationship with TTAADC and expressed its appreciation for the continued cooperation and confidence of the council administration.
The bank said it would continue working closely with TTAADC to facilitate greater economic opportunities, encourage inclusive growth and contribute to the socio-economic development of communities across Tripura.
