Agartala, 27th May 2026: The High Court of Tripura has announced that May 28, 2026 (Thursday) will be observed as a holiday on account of Id-ul-Zuha (Bakrid), instead of May 27, 2026.
According to an official notification issued by the Registrar General of the High Court, the change has been made following a notification issued by the Tripura Government’s General Administration (Secretariat Administration) Department on May 25.
The notification further stated that the Summer Vacation of the High Court will now commence from May 27 instead of May 28 and will continue till June 12, 2026.
The order was issued by Registrar General Angshuman Debbarma on May 26.
