Agartala, 9th October 2024: Tripura State Electricity Corporation Limited announced measures to ensure uninterrupted power service during the festive period from October 9 to October 13. In a statement, the corporation confirmed that complaints and service requests will be handled round the clock via the toll-free number 1912 and WhatsApp number 9863596081 of Vidyut Seva Kendra.
A control room will be operational at Bidyut Bhavan, the head office of TSECL in Agartala, where engineers will be on duty 24/7 to maintain electricity services. Additionally, office-based officials of the corporation can be contacted on their mobile phones for any assistance.
This initiative aims to provide seamless power supply during the festive celebrations, ensuring that residents can enjoy the festivities without any disruptions.
