Agartala, 22nd May 2024 : A Tripura State Rifles (TSR) jawan identified as Briksha Ram Reang sustained injuries in a scooty accident near Bagbassa police station on Wednesday. The incident took place around 10:30 AM.
Jawan Briksha Ram Reang (42) belongs to the 13th Battalion and is currently serving in the reserve force in Dharmanagar.
Following the accident, he was promptly shifted to North District Hospital by firefighters. Dr. Jalal, who was on duty, reported that the injured jawan suffered serious injuries to his head and leg.
Briksha Ram Reang hails from Kacharicherra in Damcherra, located in North Tripura district. He is currently receiving medical treatment at the hospital.
