Agartala, 2nd April 2025: Two youths were reportedly attacked by locals after attempting to leave behind a life of addiction and embrace normalcy. The attack has left one of the brothers in critical condition, currently receiving treatment at GB Hospital.
Sources reveal that one of the injured brothers had recently returned home to celebrate Eid after working in Chennai for an extended period. The incident took place late on the night of March 29 last, following Eid celebrations, when the brothers were allegedly woken up and assaulted by a group of locals.
The brutal attack has sparked outrage in the community, with the victims demanding justice. The local administration has launched an investigation into the matter, aiming to uncover the truth behind this disturbing event.
