Agartala: May 21. Tripura Police today recovered two bodies including one decomposed body from two separate locations in this state.
As per report, police recovered a decomposed body of an unidentified person from MB Tilla area on Sunday.
Locals informed the Agartala Municipal Corporation and the police after noticing the stench in the area since this morning. As usual, police and corporation authorities reached the area and started searching the reason of bad smell.
During through search, the police have found a decomposed body of a middle aged man in an abandoned area near the godown of FCI.
The face of the dead body was wrapped with polythene and the throat is barred with electric wire.
Forensic team and dog squad reached the spot after getting information. As per the administrative rules, the body was sent to the morgue for post-mortem. Residents said that the dead person’s face was completely decomposed. However, no missing diary was filed.
Meanwhile, skeleton of a woman were recovered from a forest in North Kalamchoura area under Kalamchoura police station. The police tried to identify the body from the locals. But no one in the area could identify the body. The police have taken up the case of unnatural death and started investigation. A proper investigation can reveal the cause of death.
