Agartala, 16th May 2025: Union Minister of State for Information & Broadcasting and Parliamentary Affairs, Dr. L Murugan, on Friday led a spirited Tiranga Yatra in Belonia, South Tripura, celebrating the success of Operation Sindoor and reaffirming solidarity with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Indian Armed Forces.
Accompanied by BJP MLAs and a large gathering of citizens, the rally turned into a vibrant show of patriotism, echoing with chants of national pride and support for India’s military prowess.
“Today, we held this Tiranga Yatra with the participation of MLAs and the local people to mark the resounding success of Operation Sindoor and to stand in unwavering support of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and our armed forces. This victory has been possible because of the strong leadership of PM Modi,” Dr. Murugan stated during the event.He noted that similar rallies were being held across the country as a show of national unity and celebration of the operation’s success.“This rally reflects our collective pride. The Tricolour flies high not just in Tripura but across India,” he added.Later, in a post on X (formerly Twitter), Dr. Murugan wrote:
“Under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji, #OperationSindoor sends a powerful message—India will never bow to terror. The Tricolour flies high, and so does the pride of every Bharatiya. Bharat is united, fearless, and resolute. Jai Hind! Jai Bharat!”
