Agartala, 15th November 2023:  In a startling incident, the sub-health center located at College Tilla in the capital has been discovered to be occupied by vegetable sellers during the night. The situation came to light when locals observed several individuals spending the night inside the health center, accompanied by their vegetable merchandise.

Disturbingly, it has been reported that the health worker responsible for the facility allegedly handed over the keys to the vegetable sellers. The unauthorized use of the government health center by individuals not associated with its operations has raised questions among the local community.

Concerned residents, witnessing the peculiar activity over the past few days, reported the matter to the police on Tuesday night. Subsequently, members of the local club took swift action to address the situation. As discussions unfolded, the primary inquiry focused on how the vegetable sellers obtained the keys to the health center.

During the investigation, Jatindra Chakma, one of the vegetable vendors, claimed they hailed from Pecharthal and regularly sold their produce in the area. The revelation sparked further questions about the legitimacy of their access to the sub-health center.

Ratan, a health worker employed at the center, admitted that the keys were handed over to the vegetable sellers illegally. The community is now demanding a thorough investigation to determine how the unauthorized access was facilitated and to hold those responsible accountable for compromising the integrity of the government health facility.

Local authorities have assured the public that a comprehensive inquiry will be conducted to uncover the details surrounding this unusual incident at the College Tila sub-health center.
