The Enforcement Directorate has attached movable and immovable properties over Rs 45 crore related to Parveen Yadav, who was working as Deputy Commandant in National Security Guard (NSG) and his family members under Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) in an alleged cheating case.
“ED has attached 52 movable & immovable properties to the tune of Rs 45.20 cr related to Parveen Yadav, who was working as Dy Commandant in NSG & his family members under the PMLA in the case of cheating by various person in the pretext to deposit of EMD for fake NSG tenders,” ED informed through a tweet.
