Nadda slams CPIM, Cong, accused for corruption, the failure of law and order

BY TC News Desk

Agartala: June 17. JP Nadda, the national president of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), strongly criticized the Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPIM) and Congress on Saturday.

He accused both parties of corruption, the failure of law and order, targeted killings, and misappropriation of government funds.

Addressing a massive rally at Santirbazar HS School in the South District, organized to celebrate the nine-year tenure of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Nadda expressed his views on the opposition parties. “Congress represents corruption, commissions, misrule, policy paralysis, nepotism, and failure of law and order. CPIM represents targeted killings, embezzlement of government funds, lawlessness, administrative collapse, and ration pilferage,” he stated.

Nadda emphasized that the BJP symbolizes development, infrastructure, highways, railways, airways, internet connectivity, education, health, and the welfare of the poor. He highlighted the party’s commitment to empowering the underprivileged, women, and the youth while ensuring inclusive growth through the motto of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas.”

“In comparison to the Congress and CPIM, the BJP has shown how to govern effectively and propel Tripura’s progress. We are dedicated to development, infrastructure, welfare of the poor, empowerment of women, education, and healthcare. We are determined to provide opportunities for the youth and achieve comprehensive growth for all. The Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana is not merely a food scheme; it has significantly reduced extreme poverty in India to less than one percent,” Nadda proclaimed.

Nadda further claimed that under the strong leadership of Prime Minister Modi, India has become the world’s fifth-largest economy, surpassing even the United Kingdom, which had ruled India for nearly two centuries.

“Thanks to the consistent efforts of the Modi government, India maintains its position as the fastest-growing major economy globally. PM Modi’s leadership has strengthened India’s security by securing our borders. Since 2014, development-oriented politics has prevailed over divisive politics and identity-based vote-bank politics. The country has witnessed an unprecedented transformation in the last nine years. Prior to 2014, we were considered a corrupt nation plagued by scandals and corruption under the UPA government,” explained the BJP leader.
