Date:

Setting the tone for including startups in the green hydrogen sector, Minister of New and Renewable Energy Prahlad Joshi on Wednesday said that India will host the second edition of International Conference on Green Hydrogen from 11th to 13th September at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi.

Addressing the curtain raiser event here today, Mr. Joshi highlighted, “Building on the success of previous conferences, this year’s International Conference on Green Hydrogen is expected to have a greater impact with active participation from young minds and both national and international collaborations.”

Assuring that India will be a leader in the green hydrogen sector, the Minister emphasised the crucial role of Green Hydrogen in driving India and other developed nations towards a clean and green energy transition.

“This event will be a great opportunity to deepen our understanding of the Green Hydrogen landscape and foster connections with the global scientific communities and industries. All the stakeholders are invited to enrich this conference with views and ideas to shape the future of sustainable energy,” he said.

More than 3500 registrations have already been done for this conference, Joshi said, noting that there will be over 120 exhibitors in the event highlighting products and technologies related to green hydrogen. Additionally, more than 150 national and international speakers will participate.
