Mahayuti to win all 48 Lok Sabha seats in Maha, claims BJP state election in-charge

Date:

The ruling grand alliance of BJP, Shiv Sena (Shinde) and NCP (Ajit Pawar) will win all the 48 Lok Sabha seats in Maharashtra, claimed BJP state election in-charge and former deputy chief minister of Uttar Pradesh Dr Dinesh Sharma here on Tuesday.

Talking to reporters at party’s regional office, he said that the BJP and its allies have entered electoral fray with determination to win all LS seats in the state and give it as a gift to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

He said that election this time will be Modi-styled.

Decisions like construction of Ram temple, abrogation of Article 370 have brought Modi’s leadership to light, he noted.

Due to good governance of the central government and the BJP-ruled states, public confidence in the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance has increased, he said.

In Maharashtra too, there is an atmosphere in favour of the grand alliance’s big victory due to the magic of Narendra-Devendra (Fadnavis) pair, he claimed.

Sharma, while criticising Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray, said that Sena founder Bal Thackeray always strongly opposed the Congress.

Being a staunch supporter of Hindutva, Bal Thackeray knew the anti-Hindu nature of the Congress, he reminisced.

Uddhav Thackeray, however, betrayed the voters by joining hands with the Congress, which was opposed to the Ram temple, to get the post of chief minister, he alleged.

Voters will give a befitting reply to this betrayal in this election, he indicated.

Speaking further, he said that Maharashtra knows the history of how anti-Hindu Congress defeated Dr

Babasaheb Ambedkar in the LS elections.

The oppressed and deprived people of the state did not like the fact that Uddhav Thackeray should form an alliance with such anti-Ambedkarite groups, added Sharma.

The Sharad Pawar-led Maha Vikas Aghadi, comprising Congress, NCP and Shiv Sena (UBT) will be defeated in this election due to anger among the electorate about the MVA, he predicted.
