Shiv Sena Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut on Monday criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for devoting too much to the Gujarat election campaign.
He said that Modi had been the Chief Minister of Gujarat three times, and yet Modi had to work hard to try winning the Gujarat elections.
Also, people say that they do not have faith in the election system, he said.
Targeting BJP leader Prasad Lad who made a statement about Shivaji Maharaj’s birth place, he asked if the BJP leaders wanted to change history.
Action will have to be taken against the Maharashtra Governor for his controversial statement about Shivaji, he added.
