An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.0 jolted south of the Fiji Islands at 02:49:58 GMT on Monday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 553.4 km, was initially determined to be at 24.18 degrees south latitude and 178.76 degrees east longitude.
