Military plane crashes in South Korea’s southeastern city

A military plane of the South Korean navy crashed on the hills in the

southeastern city of Pohang, multiple media outlets said Thursday.

The patrol plane carrying four people crashed at about 1:52 p.m. local time (0452 GMT), with

no casualties confirmed.

Smoke was rising from the middle of the hills, witnesses were quoted as saying.
