Netanyahu calls Tel Aviv shooting ‘terrorist attack’

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has called the recent shooting in Tel Aviv “a grave terrorist attack” and expressed support for security forces working on the ground.

“Tonight, there was a grave terrorist attack in Tel Aviv. I am praying for the well-being of those injured and expressing support for the police and security forces on the ground,” Netanyahu said on Telegram.

On Thursday, at least three people were injured in the shooting on Dizengoff Street in central Tel Aviv, Israeli new portal Ynet reported, adding that the local police had neutralized the attacker and were looking for other connected suspects.
