The Constitutional Court of Thailand on Wednesday has dismissed the country’s Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin from his post for violating constitutional ethics.
“By this decision, the board of the Constitutional Court, by five votes to four, decided to consider the defendant, Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin, unworthy to hold the post of Minister and Prime Minister of the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand in connection with a violation of constitutional ethics and loss of trust,” the court said in its decision, as broadcast by Thai PBS.
