UN Chief condemns in ‘strongest terms’ terror attack at Moscow Concert Hall

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres condemns in the strongest terms the terrorist attack at the concert hall outside Moscow, United Nations spokesperson Stephane Dujarric said.

“The Secretary-General condemns in the strongest possible terms today’s terrorist attack at a concert hall outside Moscow, in which at least 40 people were reportedly killed and over 100 others injured,” Dujarric said in a statement on Friday.
