Agartala, 13th September 2025: The Block Tilla Government High School located adjacent to the Kanchanpur Sub-Divisional Office was targeted in a daring burglary late last night. According to local sources and police reports, unidentified miscreants broke through the ceiling of the school building to gain access to the office room, from which they stole a computer set along with several important items.
The theft came to light this morning when school staff arrived and discovered the office room in disarray. Teachers found the lock broken and various items scattered across the floor. Acting Headmistress Rose Mary promptly informed the local police about the incident.
A team from Kanchanpur Police Station arrived at the scene and initiated a preliminary investigation. Officials confirmed that the burglars had entered by breaking through the ceiling, suggesting a well-planned and professional execution of the crime.
Initial reports indicate that the stolen items include a computer set, official documents, and other valuable materials. Authorities have yet to comment on the school’s security arrangements, and no suspects have been identified at this time.
