TMC’s politics of fear won’t work, wave of change visible in Bengal: Ratan Lal Nath

Agartala, 19th April 2026:    Power Minister Ratan Lal Nath today attended an important organizational meeting at the election office of Shyampukur Assembly constituency in West Bengal.

There, he met with party workers and discussed in detail the strategy to win the upcoming Assembly elections.The Power Minister, in support of BJP candidate Purnima Chakraborty, made a clear plan with the workers on voting strategy, booth management, and public relations programs. He highly appreciated the enthusiasm and dedication of the workers in the meeting.

Later, the Minister said that the enthusiasm and desire for change that he sees among the common people of West Bengal is really promising.

He said that the people of Bengal are ready to move forward on the path of development this time, and “I firmly believe that this enthusiasm will start a new chapter in Bengal.”

The Minister said that the Trinamool Congress in West Bengal is only doing politics of fear and propaganda. But now the voters are much more aware. They are no longer being influenced by such propaganda.

“A clear wave of change is visible in the area and public opinion is gradually leaning towards the BJP,” said the Minister.Referring to the success of the double-engine government in Tripura, the Minister said that the double-engine BJP government in Tripura is working relentlessly for the development of the state.“I appeal to the people to form such a development-oriented government in West Bengal too,” he added.
