“As long as the BJP party was in power in this area, no kind of terrorism or miscreant activities prevailed. But after Shailendra Chandra Debnath won the constituency in the 2023 assembly elections, the Left Front-Congress alliance has been wreaking havoc across the constituency. One by one, BJP supporters are being attacked, their houses are being burnt down, physically assaulted and some have been sent to hospital with severe injuries”, she added.

Malina Debnath said “BJP never condones any kind of terrorism. If any BJP party members are found to be linked to any kind of terrorist activities, she urged the police officials to nab them and resort to exemplary punishment.”

She also said that the CPIM-Congress leaders and workers are trying to impose terror-like activities on the BJP workers and supporters in the area.
