Sepahijala district Minority Morcha extends congratulations to PM Modi for empowering minority Muslim women

Agartala, December 11: The Minority Morcha Sepajijala District Committee expressed its gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP-led government for their commendable efforts in uplifting minority Muslim women. In a congratulatory gesture, the committee sent a heartfelt message to Prime Minister Modi, acknowledging the transformative work undertaken for the welfare of minority communities.

On Monday, a congratulatory procession, accompanied by minority Muslim women from Sepahijala district, added a vibrant touch to the appreciation conveyed to the Prime Minister. The procession, traversing through various areas, including Bishramganj and Charilam, culminated in front of the Sepahijala district’s District Magistrate’s office.

Minority Morcha state President Shah Alam Majumder, Sepahijala District Minority Morcha Presidents Zainal Abedin and Swapan Mia, former Minister Billal Mia, former Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Dev Varma, Charilam Mandal President Rajkumar Debnath, and others, graced the occasion.

Amidst this celebratory atmosphere, congratulatory messages addressed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi were handed over to Additional District Collector Jayanta Dey by the leaders present, including representatives of the minority women. The event not only commended the government’s initiatives but also underscored the unity and appreciation within the community for the positive strides made in addressing the concerns of minority Muslim women.
