6-member delegates of Bangladesh visits Agartala Press Club

Agartala, August 25, 2022: A six-member delegation of India-Bangladesh Sampriti Sangsad along with President of Bangladesh National Press Club Farida Yasmin visited Agartala Press Club on Thursday. Agartala Press Club vice-president Arun Nath and Club’s secretary Pranab Sarkar welcomed the delegation with mementos, greeting cards and gifts.

The other members of the delegation are Md. Haroon Or Rashid, President of India-Bangladesh Sampriti Sangsad, Md. Mumtaz Hossain, Former Special Assistant to the Prime Minister of Bangladesh, Abul Kalam Azad, Editor-in-Chief of Bangladesh News Agency, Tawfiq Ahmed Tafdir, General Secretary, India Bangladesh Sampriti Sangsad and Member Jahangir Talukdar.

The Vice-President and Secretary of the Agartala Press Club had a long discussion with the delegation on the development of India-Bangladesh relations and various issues.
