Agartala, 11th December 2024: In a significant breach of examination integrity, the centralized question paper for the Class X and XII exams has been leaked, leading to the postponement of today’s Kokborok exams. The leak became apparent when images of the question paper circulated widely, prompting immediate action from the examination board.
Upon revealing the leak, the board decided to postpone the Kokborok exams scheduled for today to maintain the fairness and credibility of the examination process. “The security of our examination system is of utmost importance. We are taking all necessary steps to investigate and address this issue,” a board representative stated.
Investigations have been initiated in several schools to identify the source of the leak. However, initial reports indicate that the question papers were still sealed in those schools, leaving the origin of the leak unclear. “We are conducting thorough inquiries, but it is challenging to pinpoint the exact source of the leak at this stage,” an official involved in the investigation said.
This incident has raised concerns among students, parents, and educators about the security measures in place for examinations. The board has assured all stakeholders that strict actions will be taken to prevent such occurrences in the future.
