Agartala: September 28. The state government has declared no Parking Zone from Old Terminal Building of MBB Airport to Usha Bazar.
In a press release the state government said no Parking Zone from Old Terminal Building of MBB Airport to Usha Bazar as per Section 115 and 116 of Motor Vehicle Act 1988 District Magistrate West District from Old Terminal Building (AAI) near MBB International Airport to Sukhmoy Higher Secondary School, Usha Bazar (Agartala-Narsingar Road) ) has declared the area as no parking zone.
As the prepaid taxi / autorickshaw service has started at MBB International Airport from yesterday, this step has been taken to avoid unnecessary parking of unwanted vehicles on this route.
