Agartala, November 27, 2022: On the 75th raising day of the National Cadet Corps (NCC), the 13th Tripura Battalion of NCC organized a blood donation camp at Saheed Bhagat Singh Hostel here on Sunday.
One of the cadets of NCC told media persons that this blood donation has been organized here aiming to deliver the message of importance of blood among the children of the society.
An officer said “Today, NCC day is being celebrated along with the entire country. This blood donation camp is being organized wherever there is blood donation organizations across the state. Apart from this, we also organizing tree plantation, AIDS awarneness, Swacch Bharat Abhiyan, etc. activities are being organized in different colleges and schools across the state.”
“On the occasion of blood donation camp, we are here to aware children about health and hygiene, motivate children about the benefits of blood donation and saving a life”, he also added.About 50 cadets will donate their blood in this camp on Sunday.
