Agartala: July 03. Students of MBB College and BBMC supported by Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad protested in front of Maharaja Bir Bikram University on Monday. It is known that the fifth semester classes of the science department have started from June 1 and was continued for one month.
Now a notification has been issued that the internal examination will be conducted from July 5th to July 12th. Then the final exam will be conducted from July 13. There are 4 papers in Honors. There are 16 units. The students raised questions about how it is possible to give the exam in this short time. They demanded to reduce the syllabus and conduct the exam in August. They also alleged that the university had given the date of the final examination only after the completion of the internal examination. The agitators told them that this movement is to postpone that date. On this day the students of two colleges gave deputation to the vice chancellor of MBB University.
