Agartala, May 29, 2023: A 60-year old man died in a car accident in front of Tepania Hospital Choumuhani area in Udaipur on Monday.
Reportedly, Haradhan Debnath, a resident of Tepania in Udaipur, got into a car to go to his home in Udaipur at around 3:30 pm. When he stepped out of the car and went home, an ambulance from Santirbazar suddenly hit Haradhan Debnath and fell on the road.
He was immediately shifted to Gomati District Hospital. Doctors said Haradhan Debnath was brought dead. After dashing the man, the vehicle proceeded straight towards Agartala. The vehicle could not be stopped.
Currently, the body has been sent to the mortuary of Gomati District Hospital. The dead body will be handed over to the family after post-mortem. The police have started an investigation into the case.
