Assam Rifles holds medical camp for Bru community at Ambassa

Agartala, 23rd January 2025:   Assam Rifles conducted a successful medical camp for Bru community in Haduklau Para, Ambassa today. The medical camp, conducted as part of Assam Rifles Civic Action Program, comprised of a professional medical team which provided free consultations, essential medicines, and health awareness sessions.

Residents of Bru community benefitted greatly from the camp, which focused on addressing their primary healthcare needs, preventive medical checkup   and laid emphasis on importance of community well-being. A total of 423 individuals including 92 men and 152 women and 179 children benefitted from the medical camp.

People expressed their gratitude, appreciating Assam Rifles’ efforts to bring healthcare services directly to their doorstep.  Assam Rifles remains steadfast in its mission to serve and uplift communities across the region through various outreach programs.
