Agartala, 24th September 2023: In a horrifying turn of events, Kenjoy Tripura, a dedicated Jumia, was gravely injured by a bear while working at Jum. The incident unfolded in Chawmanu Herendo village, sending shockwaves through the community.
According to eyewitnesses, Kenjoy Tripura, accompanied by his wife, was working on jum field when the bear suddenly attacked. The ferocious animal bit Tripura, prompting his wife’s desperate screams for help. Responding swiftly, bystanders rushed to his aid and transported him to Dholai District Hospital. Due to the severity of his injuries, the attending physician at Dhalai District Hospital determined that Kenjoy Tripura required specialized care. He was subsequently referred to GB Hospital, where he is currently receiving treatment.
