Bikash Mela held at North Tripura under Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra

Agartala, 30th November 2023:   A one-day Bikash Mela was held in every higher secondary school premises in each and every district of North Tripura on Thursday as part of the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, a nationwide initiative to bring good governance to every home. The fair was inaugurated by Bagbasa MLA Yadav Lal Nath, Minister Santana Chakma, District Magistrate Debapriya Bardhan, District Chairperson Bhabatosh Das, and other dignitaries.

The fair aimed to deliver important papers and services to the common people, such as Aadhaar cards, ration cards, voter IDs, pension schemes, health insurance, etc. The staff and officials of various departments were present there through various stalls to prepare and distribute these documents. The fair also showcased the achievements and schemes of the central and state government.

The guests present on the occasion praised the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra and first phase of Prati Ghore Sushasan, which are being implemented under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb, respectively. They said that these initiatives are transforming the lives of the people and making Tripura a model state. They also urged the people to participate in the development process and avail the benefits of the government schemes.
