Agartala: February 26. CPIM state committee secretary Jitendra Chaudhury today took a dig at BJP claiming that to provide solace to the saffron party workers, the party is talking rubbish as they are aware of their defeat.

Chaudhury’s statement came after some BJP leaders claimed that the participation of women voters proved that victory of the BJP is just a matter of time in this 2023 Assembly Election.

Reacting to this, CPIM state committee secretary Chaudhury said as BJP has no other works, the party is making rubbish claims.

“BJP has no other work to do and that is why they are making rubbish claims. Just to make the people of BJP tension free, the party leaders are making such rubbish talks and are also aware of their defeat, ” said the CPIM leaders.

He claimed that the statement of BJP leaders, it’s in contrary to what they have really achieved and all rubbish talk.

“The main enemy of women is BJP in this country. What BJP do for women? The party had announced reservations for women in 33% of seats in all the government jobs, but they didn’t provide any jobs to women. Not only women but also other people. They failed to provide jobs to the unemployed”, he claimed.

“To provide solace to themselves and to party workers, they are making such claims and they know how to cheat people with their long talks and fake promises. They are aware of their results and so just to spend their days and times BJP is making all these claims”, he added.

Chaudhury however stated that the defeat of the BJP in this election is certain.
