BJP will fall like ‘house of cards’ in state: Sudip

Agartala: August 07. Former Minister and Congress MLA Sudip Roy Barman on Sunday stated that within next three months BJP will collapse like a ‘pack of cards’ in the state. Roy Barman’s statement came during a joining programme of 1530 people from different party especially from BJP and Trinamool Congress that has opened their door recently in the state.

While addressing the event in front of Pradesh Congress Bhawan in Agartala this afternoon, Roy Barman claimed many people starting from grassroots level workers to MLA of BJP is in constant touch with Congress and waiting for a right time to join the grand old party.

“Within next 3 months BJP will fall like a card house which no one can imagine. Many leaders starting from grassroots level to MLAs will join and waiting for appropriate time. They are in constant touch with us and saying that within next 3 months they will join. We are committed to serve for our people”, he said.

Among these 1530 people 436 people joined from Banamalipur assembly constituency which is the home turf of former CM Biplab Kumar Deb, from incumbent CM’s assembly constituency 130 people joined while from former Speaker and MLA Rabati Das’s home turf which is Pratapgarh 185 people joined
