Agartala: August 07. Five persons received severe injuries after an E-Rickshaw met with an accident today. The incident took place in Chawmanu’s North Longtarai village in Longtarai Valley subdivision. It is known that around 2 o’clock today, five persons went to visit a water fall in Longtarai Valley belonging with an E-Rickshaw.
On reaching the Baganbari area the vehicle somehow lost control due to over speed and met with an accident. Five young men and women who were riding were seriously injured. On getting the information, Chawmanu Fire Service personnel rushed to the spot and rescued the injured and brought them to Chawmanu Hospital. All five were referred to Kulai District Hospital as their condition was serious.
