The initiative, which also sees participation from donors in Nepal, is being held in memory of the organization’s revered spiritual leader Dadi Prakashmani marking her 18th death anniversary on August 25.

The campaign was officially inaugurated on August 17 in Delhi by the Union Health Minister and will continue until August 25. Blood donation camps are being organized in various regions, including Tripura, where Santirbazar will host its local drive on the final day of the campaign.

Organizers announced that the local camp will be attended by key dignitaries including Santirbazar MLA Pramod Reang, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Manoj Kumar Saha, Municipal Council Chairperson Swapna Baidya and Vice Chairperson Satyabrata Saha.

Approximately 20 to 25 donors are expected to participate in the Santirbazar camp. The Brahma Kumaris have called upon the youth to come forward and contribute to this life-saving cause, emphasizing the spiritual and humanitarian significance of blood donation.
