Agartala, 7th January 2026 :   Bishalgarh witnessed another road accident this morning as dense fog severely reduced visibility. A Border Security Force (BSF) vehicle rammed into a stationary passenger bus near the Jangalia Power office under Bishalgarh police station sparking commotion in the area.

Local sources informed that the visibility was extremely poor due to heavy fog. The BSF vehicle reportedly failed to notice the bus parked ahead and lost control, colliding forcefully with its rear. The impact left portions of both vehicles damaged.

No casualties or injuries were reported in the incident. Police from Bishalgarh station rushed to the spot, brought the situation under control, and initiated an investigation. Authorities have urged motorists to exercise extra caution while driving in foggy conditions to prevent such mishaps.
