Budget Session: Oppositions stages protest in house demanding action against BJP MLA Jadab Lal Nath

The budget session of the Tripura Legislative Assembly witnessed an uproar as opposition parties, including Tipra Motha, Congress, and CPIM, staged protests demanding action against BJP MLA Jadab Lal Nath, who was found watching an obscene video during the last assembly session.

As the Speaker of the Tripura Legislative Assembly, Biswabandhu Sen, began the budget speech, the Opposition Leader, Animesh Debbarma, raised the issue, stating, “Jadab Lal Nath, BJP MLA, was caught watching obscene videos during the last assembly session, but no action was taken against him.”

In response, the Speaker assured that everyone would receive an answer regarding the matter. However, the opposition parties descended into the well of the house and started protesting, demanding an immediate response to the issue.
