Agartala, 5th October 2026 : A Public Hearing (Jan Sunwayi), Administrative Camp and Health Camp were organised at Amgachia Gram Panchayat on Monday on the occasion of Citizen Services Day, in collaboration with Mohanpur R.D. Block.
The programme provided residents with an opportunity to directly place their grievances and service-related issues before the administration. Officials extended guidance and assistance regarding government services, welfare schemes and various entitlements.
The administrative camp focused on bringing essential public services closer to the people and strengthening coordination between citizens, the Gram Panchayat and government departments. Emphasis was also laid on timely grievance redressal and ensuring that eligible beneficiaries receive the benefits of government schemes.
A health camp was also conducted, offering essential healthcare services and spreading awareness about preventive healthcare and healthy living.
The initiative highlighted the administration’s focus on accessible public services, people’s participation, transparency and inclusive development.
