Agartala, May 06, 2023: A daring theft took place in Kamalpur Krishna Chandra Class 12 Girls’ School area late on Friday night. The name of the shop owner is Tanmoy Nath.
Tanmoy Nath said on Saturday morning that he came to the shop and found the shutters were broken. He immediately reported to Kamalpur police station without entering the shop.
Kamalpur police rushed to the spot hearing the information of theft. Tanmoy said that the group of thieves took away Rs 1,60,000 in cash and several spare parts from his shop and the gang of thieves organized the theft by entering the house wearing sarees during the theft to save themselves.
His point is that if every day in the darkness of the city one theft is organized, then where is the security of the residents of Kamalpur?
