Agartala, 7th September 2025 : To ensure smooth completion of the upcoming voter list revision process, the Election Department of Tripura organized a one-day workshop at Pragya Bhavan with the participation of officials and employees from all levels of the department.
The workshop was inaugurated by the state’s Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), Brijesh Pandey, who emphasized the importance of publishing an error-free voter list and familiarizing staff with relevant legal provisions. He noted that such workshops are regularly conducted by the Election Commission to maintain transparency and efficiency in the electoral process.
Speaking at the event, CEO Pandey said, “The main objective of this workshop is to prepare a flawless voter list. After receiving training, officials will be able to play an important role in ensuring the smooth conduct of voter list revision across districts and subdivisions.”
Additional Chief Electoral Officer U.J. Mog and several other senior officers were also present at the workshop.
