EM inaugurates newly constructed 2-storied building of Boxanagar Class XII School

Agartala, December 15, 2022: The long awaited dream of the people of Boxanagar has been fulfilled. On Thursday at 2 pm, the inauguration ceremony of the newly constructed second building of Boxanagar Class XII School was held by the Education Minister Ratanlal Nath.

Education Minister Ratanlal Nath inaugurated this modern two-storied building. Besides, Tripura Waqf Board Chairman Shah Alam, Tripura Haj Committee Chairman Jasim Uddin, prominent philanthropist of the area Debabrata Bhattacharya were also present. Sonamura SDM Manik Lal Das and district education officer Habul Lodh. Sanjay Sarkar, Chairman of Boxanagar Panchayat Samiti was the president on this grand occasion.

Sadananda Debbarma, Principal of the school gave the welcome speech. While delivering the welcome speech, Headmaster Sadananda Debvarma said, the newly constructed two-storey building has 26 classrooms, four laboratory rooms, one laboratory and e-laboratory, three store rooms, two rooms for head teacher and assistant head teacher, three staff and office rooms. There are two conference halls with boys and girls green rooms, five toilets, one large conference room, four stair cases, and one girls common room.

Moreover, the construction cost of the newly constructed two-storied building was Rs 6 crore 29 lakh 44.
