Agartala, January 18: As part of the state government’s Ujjwala Yojana scheme, 45 families in Radhakishore Ganj Panchayat received free gas connection on Thursday. The gas connection was distributed by the Panchayat Samiti of Bogafa Block, which is working for the welfare of the people of all sections.
The distribution ceremony was attended by Satyabrata Saha, Vice-Chairman of Santirbazar Municipal Council, Shridam Das, Chairman of Bogafa Block Panchayat Committee, and other dignitaries.
They handed over the gas connection to the beneficiaries and congratulated them. The people of the area expressed their gratitude and enthusiasm for the scheme, which will provide them with a clean and safe source of energy.
