Agartala, 10th June 2026: Information Technology and e-Governance solutions company iLogitron Technologies Private Limited has issued a public advisory cautioning citizens and job seekers against fraudulent recruitment activities being carried out in its name. The advisory was announced during a press conference in Agartala, where company representatives revealed that several incidents of recruitment fraud have recently come to light.
According to the company, fraudsters have been circulating fake interview call letters, forged appointment letters, fabricated offer letters and unauthorized recruitment communications using the company’s name, logo and letterheads. Unsuspecting job aspirants are allegedly being asked to pay money ranging from ₹100 to ₹5,000 or more under the pretext of registration fees, interview charges or job placement assistance.
Speaking on the issue, Soumyadip Dhar said, “iLogitron Technologies never charges any fee at any stage of its recruitment process. We have not authorized any agent, broker, consultant or placement agency to collect money on our behalf. We urge job seekers and their families to remain vigilant and verify all recruitment-related communications through our official channels.”
The company stated that recruitment notifications are published only through its official website and LinkedIn page, while entry-level hiring is mainly conducted through campus recruitment drives. The matter has also been brought to the attention of law enforcement agencies for investigation and legal action against those responsible.
Abhishek Dhar, Founder and Director of iLogitron Technologies Private Limited, said that the company has uncovered several fraudulent recruitment rackets and has filed formal complaints with the Cyber Crime Police Station and NCC Police Station, supported by substantial evidence and details of victims.
He stated that although such scams have been operating for the last five to six years, the company has, for the first time, gathered sufficient information to take concrete action. Dhar revealed that around 16 youths recently approached the company’s office carrying fake appointment letters bearing the firm’s name and claimed they had been charged money in exchange for recruitment.
He further informed that a complaint has also been lodged through the Government of India’s official grievance portal. Urging job seekers to remain vigilant, Dhar emphasized, “Employment opportunities are earned through merit, skills, and quality—not by paying money to anyone.”
