Agartala: August 30. BJP Mahila Morcha Pradesh President Jharna Debbarma emphasized the pivotal role of women’s empowerment in ensuring a secure society.
“With over 11 crore women in India provided with access to toilets, the spotlight has been turned toward the pressing need for empowerment of women across the nation”, she said.
Debbarma asserted that genuine societal security can only be achieved when women are empowered and actively participate in all spheres of life. She hailed the efforts of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in consistently working towards the upliftment of women. Highlighting the remarkable Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana, which aims to safeguard the rights and future of girl children, Debbarma underscored the commitment of the government in prioritizing the welfare of women.
Debbarma hailed the leadership of Prime Minister Modi for contributing to the rise of women’s influence and the enhancement of their status in society. She further shed light on the organization’s plans to celebrate the Rakhi Bandhan festival, showcasing their dedication to strengthening the bond between siblings and promoting shared values.
