Agartala, 20th July 2025: Rajya Sabha MP Rajib Bhattacharjee handed over an ambulance to the Green Arrow Club in Pratapgarh today. The donation made from the MP Local Area Development Scheme (MPLADS) was formally presented during a brief ceremony attended by club members, local residents and dignitaries including Deputy Mayor Manika Das Datta.
The ambulance acquired at a cost of Rs 10.2 lakh aims to enhance emergency response capabilities for residents of the area. MP Bhattacharjee emphasized that the government’s primary mission is to serve the public and bring about societal change.
“Green Arrow Club has consistently stood beside the people during natural calamities and local challenges. Their contribution during the recent flood crisis was commendable. This ambulance will empower them to expand their humanitarian outreach and serve more effectively,” said Bhattacharjee.
He further expressed hope that the club would continue its unwavering commitment to public welfare in the days to come.
